Can i want to install mupen64plus through terminal?

You're trying to sprint before you can even stand and walk. What you want is several levels above where you are. If you are determined to get to this level, consider learning linux one step at a time. Linux Lite is for people moving to a linux based operating system for the first time.

Update: I think Mupen64 is not for Linux Lite.
I am going to try Project64 WINE
