Right Click on the panel
Select Panel
Panel Preferences

Untick 'Lock Panel'
Thisd should give two 'handles' on the ends of the panel.
Click on one of the handles and drag the panel to the top.
That did it. Thanks so much!

Good morning all. Registered to ask this very simple question: Is it possible to move the panel to the top of the display?
