I like the fact that a simple .html interface can be easily created and edited with the onboard software in Linux Lite. I also like the integration of thunar and Firefox in the OS that the Linux Lite team decided on. Financial data is so diverse, with so many different query functions that any GUI must be able to be easily edited when additions or changes are made to the data retrieving scripts. This video demonstrates some of this convenience clearly. I have decided to keep this interface and when the tutorial is done I will post a download link that will include the graphics, the .html interface, the BASH scripts, a few extra buttons, the LL banner, and also include a version of the full script with all the current functions that can be loaded from the interface or the terminal. As time goes on I will be adding and making available more complex plots for gnuplot as well. It took a while to get here, but it was fun.
