Sadly, any post using imgur images to convey information is lost to me. This is a consequence of UK law.
In 2023, the UK introduced an online safety act which required a range of age verification measures. imgur did not introduce any measures and when pressed to comply or face sanction, they began geo-blocking UK addresses in late 2025.
Since then, anyone using a UK address just sees a stock image saying 'content not viewable in your region'. It is likely other sites operating similar hosting services will need to do something along these lines in due course.

I guess imgur was a test case in enforcing the UK legislation. There's the risk that these may go the same way at some point. As other territories enforce online safety regulation the picture will become more fractured. It is impractical to cater for individual regions in a changing environment.
