My linux lite is taking a while to boot. Can I make it faster?

Sometimes the networking.service is taking almost 20sec.
I wanted it to boot faster, what can I do?
Hallo! Das dauert bei mir ca. 1min. 40sek., es ist doch kein Lichtschalter.  Der Speicher kann vielleicht um 4GB verdoppelt werden. Beste Grüße, K.H.
