So after a few installations of LL 6.2 (no updates during installation) i noticed a pattern. After booting for first time and doing: i got an error while updating: After executing once again the above commands seems to fix the problem but on my first install i didn't notice the error and rebooted the machine which result in kernel headers missing and a few basic kernel modules. I will try an install again in a VM to replicate the problem so i can provide more feedback if needed. Logs below:
