Internal error.
Unable to start signing service on port 55555.
Please allow access to the port and ensure port is not used by another process. Error code [-11]

How to fix that, please explain step by step and thanks.

What hardware are you using - both host and device ?
What are you doing when the problem occurs ?
What application is reporting the problem ?
Has it ever worked ?  What changed between it working and stopping working ?
