I had same problem with LL 6.2 and VidCutter.
The only solution I found is to download an older version of Vidcutter from here : https://www.videohelp.com/software/VidCu...d-versions

I've split your posts into a new topic.
What happens if you open a terminal in the directory where the problem image file is held and run it from the command line ?
Just precede the file name with ./ and press enter. Your command will look something like this.
