my version is actually the 5.6
is it possible to do it from the shell in commands lines ?

Yes, and no. Officially, there's no support for upgrades from one series to the next, i.e. 5 to 6. The recommended way is to do a fresh install. That being said, you can try this:

Backup your system before doing that with timeshift is recommended, should anything go wrong, you can get it back the way it was.
If you're lucky, you'll get the base of jammy, but not any of the 6.0 features. That is NOT supported and won't be.
