Reading package lists...E: Could not get lock /var/lib/apt/lists/lock. It is held by process 1646 (apt-get)E: Unable to lock directory /var/lib/apt/lists/
I get the above message and it said to come and paste it in forums.

Solved....
I found it in another post.
Log off. Log on. Wait 10 minutes and try again.
