LinuxLite 5.0 here.  I updated my system a few minutes ago and my kernel is still 5.4.0-33. In Synaptic I can see a lot of newer kernels (5.4.0-37, -39, -40, -42, -45 and -47).

At the same time I updated another of my systems, Xubuntu 20.04.1, and it updated from kernel 5.4.0-45 to 5.4.0-47. Is something wrong with my LinuxLite system that is not updating kernels like it should do?
Hello!!! Is anybody there?

Nobody knows which kernel is using his system?

Nobody can help me!!

How weird......
What repo are you using? I have 5.4.0-47 installed here. Your Profile is out of date too (4.4) might pay to update it.
...so it is not updating and something is wrong in my system. Mmmm... I'm going to investigate. If I need more help I'll come back. Thank you very much, Jerry.

You just installed LL5? Your profile says 4.4, you should update it.

Recién instalaste LL5? Tu perfil dice 4.4, deberías actualizarlo. Por cierto, hay un subforo para hispanohablantes aquí https://www.linuxliteos.com/forums/spanish/

My LL 5.0 laptop (a distro testing machine) still doesn't update kernels. I'm stuck at 5.4.0-33. I don't know why and I don't know what to do. Everything else seems to update correctly. My repo is the default one (US). I tried other repo with no different result. Help, please!
Is something wrong with the kernel you're using? Leave it be unless it's broken!

If the kernel is updated by developers is because there is a reason, I think. Something is wrong in my system, it seems serious, and I'd like to fix it.
