E: The repository 'http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:/strycore/xUbuntu_18.04 ./ Release' does not have a Release file.

If anyone could hep, it would be much appreciated

Remove the strycore PPA.
Still full of PPAs. Disappointing.

What is?

Linux Lite, if the "focal" PPAs listed above were not added by the OP.  I was under the wrong (?) impression that LL 5.x would have no PPAs.
There are no added PPA'S in LL, I thought you were aware of that? One look at the ISO would tell you that. I can't reach into people's computers and manually add PPA'S what am I, Canonical? [emoji4]

LOL, I'm delighted to hear it! It looks like the OP has added PPAs for two different versions of Ubuntu. Little wonder there's trouble with his or her updates.

Sorry I haven't looked at the iso... not a LL user anymore, just a fan.

Thanks guys, i am a noob so how do i go about removing the PPA's?
It's all in the Help Manual Mark, under Software.
Much appreciated, many thanks.  All working again.
