does LL build or re-build some files while online? the reason i ask is why this is in Off-Topic. when i run BB as admin sometimes it will delete/erase 258m of info from APT. the other day i ran BB as admin twice in a row and saw the 258m was done both times. it doesn't do this all the time.

i know BB has forums also, i'm going thru them to see if anyone else has run into this.

Very unusual.
1) On the occurrence, I would be inclined to run BleachBit thrice, to really confirm the strange behavior.
2) I would then rephrase the query, specify LL 3.8, and make it On Topic.
3) Apart from BB, Ubuntu forums could also apply.

thanks for the input, richtea. next time i run BB i'll run it 3x's to verify the behavior. i'll also check Ubuntu forums. waiting to see what the BB forums come up with.
