i have firefox quantum 60.0 64bit.
linux lite 3.8. 64bit.

i just realized after all this time , that in firefox, i cant print everything i see on a webpage.
or what i need from the webpage. this is bad.

google chrome does not have this problem.

how can i fix this ?, is there something i need to install ?. please help.

in firefox i ordered something on line , i went to print the receipt, and alot of text and graphics was missing, i had to do a screen shot, and then print it .
i dont want to have to do that method all the time..

i have a canon printer pixma 3200 series , it works fine.

not positive about this , but i think i fixed my problem of not being able to print what i want in a webpage.
i typed in about:config  . typed in print_printer in the search, right clicked on "print_printer" and clicked on reset to reset that setting.

then i removed my printer, restarted my PC, re-added my printer,
then i changed a few settings in my printer.
i opened up my printer , scrolled down to printer options , then in the "general"  setting i selected "inverted grayscale"  then scrolled down to "printer feature common", for the "ink type"  i kept it at "black" and in the "ink set" i set it too "Both" and clicked on apply then ok.

all this seemed to fix my problem printing webpages, at least for now , plus i learned not all webpages are set up the same way , sometimes it is what it is .
it was the same way on my husbands windows 10 home pc upstairs .

i will keep this post as open, for now.
