Dear Sir,
While performing update I am getting lot of Error. it is not getting updated and exiting by giving follow error:
Extracting templates from packages: 73%
Extracting templates from packages: 92%
Extracting templates from packages: 100%
Preconfiguring packages ...
Fetched 114 MB in 1min 16s (1,486 kB/s)
dpkg: unrecoverable fatal error, aborting: unknown group 'smmsp' in statoverride file
libdvd-pkg: Package libdvdcss2-1.4.0-1 was removed, stop processing...
E: Sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (2)
Please help . Do you have some idea why this error OCcurs.
Also Team viewer I had installed but it does not work. Just a blank screen pops up.
