This is gonna sound weird........After install,  The laptop battery took a full charge and is working very well.  Before install, I was ready to order a new battery because I thought it was bad since it wouldn't charge.  That's my story and I'm sticking to it!...  I'm 76...retired...worked in Vegas for 35 years at the Stardust in the crap pit.  I was a road musician for several years before I moved to Vegas.

This shows Linux Lite 3.0 64bit, when it should show Linux Lite 3.6 64bit.

Yeah...that was an old profile from a few years back so I went in and changed it to 3.6.  I hope everyone's happy now....

Quote:I'm East Texas...where are you?

I'm in West Texas and a oldy  bum and a scooter tramp on the Mexican border. Crusty , rude ,crude, tattooed,  and dusty as all get out.
You know I've been to your house if the cat's pregnant and the toilet has not been flushed.  8)
76 is no age!!  Learning new tricks keeps one young Smile
NewtusMaximus, You said it! 76 is still spry.
Welcome, Crazy Larry.
Stay and enjoy!
