Things I learned in school in geographical classes are old and dated, but isn't there three Americas?

North-America, Central-America and South-America. Central-America still exists, but not according to different countries.

Some consider anything below Mexico South-America and some include Mexico inside Central-America.
Always found it funny that only U.S.A. citizens called themselves "Americans"
At least we're all Earthlings... I think. Wonder if we have a name for being in the same Solar system, hum...
