Try holding the Shift button while clicking the Shutdown button. This is suppose to override hibernation. Also try opening the command line (winkey +r) and typing:
Code:
shutdown /s /t 0

If that works you can create a shortcut to the command on the desktop to make things easier to shutdown.
It still isn't working if someone would like to connect to my computer using TeamViewer

All of the answers here should have worked as that is the way to force an unmount of the windows 10 partitions. My only other solution is to try changing the bios setting to legacy boot and see if that stops this. Getting off of secure boot may be the answer. Try googling your motherboard if you do not know how to enter the bios. OEM's use Fkey numbers like F2 and user built systems usually use the Delete button. You might also try looking around to see if you can delete a hibernation state file on the partition from Windows.
Ok I'll try that then

Is problem solved yet?

If tutorial for disabling Fast Startup isn't working for some reason, then follow other tutorial I linked to before to disable ability of Windows to hibernate at all.  That will definitely solve problem because Fast Startup can't work without being able to hibernate.

I got it kind of working I can read files but not right files but that doesn't really matter I just want to listen to my music so thank you so much
