My 1st thoughts would be.. Confirm connection to internet..
Then maybe run via terminal
The command will run the updates and out put the error with package; similarly the log should contain but this maybe somewhat easier...
Also.. Just to confirm you are on LL3.0 32 bit?

Not sure what version i use. i guess it Linux Lite 3.
I already fix in Synaptic Package Manager.
