After reboot it does show those kernels removed:

Your screenshots shows that before reboot you were using a previous Kernel Cleaner version to remove kernels, while after reboot your screenshot shows the a more recent Kernel Cleaner version. Using this newer version, delete the last old kernel from the list and post back if you get the same error as you did with the older version, please.

Ran the Cleaner - it removed the 4.7 kernel with out error - success prompt received  Smile

I may have kicked off an update while using the cleaner  ;D therefore the variation in versions..
