Yesterday I have installed 3.2 for the first time and today I've tried out the new widget.

Issues (see screenshot):

1) This is obviously Linux Lite 3.2 - as 3.0 lacks the widget - yet the widget shows "Linux Lite 3.0".

2) The Hebrew text in the date is in the wrong direction.

3) Not an issue, but I think it would be nifty to be able to launch the update tool directly from the widget's "update" part.

Did you run Lite Upgrade, or is this install from the 3.2 iso?
Installed from the 32-bit ISO in this case.
Is your computer up to date?

Yes, I have run the Update tool and sudo apt-get update.

I am now installing 3.2 (64 bit this time) on a second computer, I will post the results here.
Running Install Updates should be sufficient, unless I've missed something.

I don't think you've missed anything; I sometimes run both just to be sure, but I know that the update tool does its job.

Here are the computer's stats, by the way.

Interesting observations from installing LL 3.2 64-bit (ISO downloaded this morning from the LL site) on another computer:

1) After installation, prior to updates, the widget read "3.2".
2) After updates, it read "3.0".
3) After running the Upgrade tool, it's back to "3.2"...

The issue with the date text in Hebrew still persists, though...

Upgrading also solved the version display issue on the first computer, too.
There was a bug reported in another thread. Has since been resolved.

There is still the issue with Hebrew appearing in reversed order in the widget date display.
