how do I let my transparent terminal, some software ? version  linux lite 3.0

Open your Linux Lite terminal. Click >Edit in the upper window menu. On the >Style tab click the >box to the right of >Background. A window will open entitled >Pick a color. Adjust for transparency by click and dragging the radio button with the bar to the left.

Whoops. Missed a step. >Edit>Preferences> then the >Style tab.
