Totally no sound for speaker after installation. I already tried configuring all mixers, volume levels, all are set properly.
My speakers had been working with Windows XP prior to my Linux Lite installation.
Maybe someone can help.

I tried to run the Realtek installer and the headphones work but the speaker still does not work..

I did follow the manual but this is what happens:
When I choose "Speakers" for the port, the headphones become active.
If I remove the headphones, there are no sound from the built-in speakers.
The built-in speakers cannot be detected.
There is nothing muted but the built-in speaker still does not work. Only the headphones work.
I posted pictures using imgur.com links.
The pictures show that whether I choose headphones or speaker as output, only headphones work. The built-in speaker never worked after Linux installation.
Built-in laptop speakers previously worked on XP.
Anyone who can help why my built-in speaker does not work on Linux Lite?
Followed the instructions from both thread but still does not work...
