Once you get bitten by LL, you may end up making it your main OS, on all you boxes.

like me.
Then just use VM's for your other OS's

You're in luck, VirtualBox has some pretty good docs. I'll leave some links here:

Oracle VM VirtualBox Manager (the main software window) > Help > Contents
OR
Oracle VM VirtualBox Manager (the main software window) > Help > VirtualBox Web Site > (website opens in the browser) > Click documentation link in left-hand column side of webpage
