On a Distrowatch news item there is a mention of a
Bug in UEFI/ Certain Linux Distros...
Not sure how relevant this is.??... some details in the links

...
Thanks for this link wirezfree.  I haven't met any significant bug in LL, which I've had running more or less seamlessly
in UEFI since July 2015.  Any problems experienced in the LL/UEFI set-up were reported and solved in the tutorial @
https://www.linuxliteos.com/forums/tutor...y-enabled/ in
section F,  though these appeared to be relatively minor glitches.
Maybe it's early days, as this was only reported in Feb 2016 and was found in Arch Linux.  It says extra care should be taken
not to modify the contents of  the  "/sys/firmware/efi/efivars/"  but is it possible to modify it inadvertently with just normal
day-to-day use of the LL or other distros?

Hi,
Not sure.?
I have taken the easy way out with my installs,
Just disable secure boot & enabled legacy.

I have no real need day to day for Windows now.
I guess my only concern will be at some point,
Will BIOS developers remove Legacy options.?
