I made an account with no sudo and I need to change the full name and the first and last name is grayed out. Anybody help me?
Within the account you want to change, go to the following:
Menu > Settings > About Me

The simplest way to do this is to temporarily give sudo to that user via User Manager, login as that user, then do what you need to do. Then remove sudo from that user when you're finished.

Jerry, how do I do it as the last time I tried that it did not work?
Work through the instructions in the Help Manual, it's all laid out there.

Jerry, I tried it again from my account and it worked. Last time I tried it was from the other account. Now I have to do all this again because my OS got corrupted with a PCI Card.
