Firefox uses version 11.x in Linux Lite.  So until you see a security update for that (they’re saying sometime next week), you might want to consider using Chromium or Google Chrome for browsing.

There is now an update for Adobe Flash Player 11.2.202.540 available.  Just run Install Updates to get it.
