Your attachment is just a list of your system information. You'd get this same information from creating a system report. (Menu->System->Create System Report)
It looks like you'd be well served by getting acquainted with the Help Manual. (Menu->Favorites->Help Manual)

Hello!
Let me begin by welcoming you to Linux Lite, and to the forums.
A great deal about Linux Lite, aka 'LL', appears in the User Manual, but let's not appear to be too harsh to the n00b here. After all, all of us were one at one time or another.
Firstly, did you run the MD5 sum, or 'hash', on the LL ISO download, to see if it all downloaded correctly? (MD5 sums are posted on the LL download page.)If not, do that first.
For help on how to do that, click the link below:

If the MD5 check fails, download the ISO again and reinstall LL. If it passes...
Is this something that's taking place while LL is starting up? Did you see it just once, or does it appear every time? Do you remember what it said the error was? To help you, we need more details of exactly what you're talking about.
If it's a startup issue, the startup log is written to a file called /var/log/boot.log. If no one posts after I do saying to do something else, post that log, and we'll go from there...
