Full Version: Unity like auto highlight background color change? (When you change wallpaper)

Is there some app for XFCE or something? I don't how it works in Unity, but when you change a wallpaper in Unity, the highlight background will change a color, to fit the wallpaper's style.

Or is it Unity only feature?
