I've fixed the 64bit iso and re-uploaded it. I wasn't comfortable leaving this as an issue for months when a fix made more sense and causes less confusion in the end

I applied the quick fix earlier and then then ran the upgrade tool. now showing the above, but still shows 2.2 in system info. This was on a clean install 14 hours ago.
@jerobero500 clean install the new 64bit I just uploaded.
