yes it is Cisco software ...
The thing is I dont know how to install an application manually in Linux OSs like Mint or Linux Lite !
Will you Teach me the same ? cuz the other tutorials on the net are very complex not easy to understand

Welcome to Linux Lite.
It appears that "Cisco Packet Tracer" is related to Cisco Training Program,
and is not available unless you are a part of the Academy/Alumni Program.
If you are, you can login in to your Academy Connection Portal.

There is a Linux program similar to packet tracer called GNS3. this is the description in Install/Remove Software.
GNS3 is a graphical network simulator that allows simulation of
complex networks and to launch simulations on them. It is an excellent
complementary tool to real labs for administrators of Cisco networks
or people wanting to pass their CCNA, CCNP, CCIP or CCIE certifications.
It can also be used to experiment with features of Cisco IOS or to check
configurations that need to be deployed later on real routers.
You may configure devices ranging from Cisco routers, Cisco PIX firewalls,
Cisco ASA Firewalls, Cisco IDS to JunOS routers using Qemu or Pemu. GNS3
uses dynamips as an emulation back end, an IOS emulator which allows users
to run IOS binary images from Cisco Systems.

No problem, I think Cisco Packet Tracer could probably also be run in virtualbox after making a windows virtual machine. So long as the computer has enough memory to run windows, the program and Linux Lite at the same time. I believe you need a non-oem version of windows for that though.

Yes, you need original Windows media to install in VBox...
I tried an OEM disk a long time ago, and it hung on install.

It may also run on Wine. Wine can be found in Install Additional Software, but I could not confirm that with a google search, the last tested version of Cisco Packet Tracer that I could find test results for was version 5.x tested on Wine version 1.7.11
