I like the idea on categorising the wallpapers.
I always instal all of the ubuntu wallpapers
Code:
sudo apt-get install ubuntu-wallpapers*
they take about 55MB of disk space
and are installed in
/usr/share/backgrounds
while the linux lite default one's are in
/usr/share/backgrounds/xfce
I can easily swithc between them like this:
Whisker Menu > Settings > Desktop
then I select 'Other' from a dropdown list when I click on 'Folder:'
and find the path to the wallpapers (File system...).
I've also found these photos
